Ashton Park Sports Centre Holiday Activity Programme is OFSTED registered programme that aims to provide a wide variety of sports and leisure activities for children and young people aged 4 to 14. Our activities within our Escape Zone include a variety of multi-sport activities such as Chaos Tag, Dodgeball, Crash Mat Races, Cross the Golden River, Football, Benchball, Tails and many more!
The fully trained coaches will encourage children and young people to become more active, meet new friends, find new interests and have lots of fun. All coaches are suitably qualified and have the appropriate police clearance to run our activities.
As we are OFSTED registered we are able to accept payments from certain voucher providers – if your provider is not listed please contact the Sports Centre so that we can register with them. For information on voucher schemes set up please click here.
If you would like to book activities using childcare vouchers, you MUST email us on enquiries@ashtonpark.net with full details of your requirements. We will need to check availability and prices prior to taking a booking. We are unable to guarantee the availability of spaces, and there is a risk that they may become unavailable due to online bookings.
Please note that spaces being paid for with childcare vouchers, are not secure until we receive the payment confirmation. There is also a possibility of activities being fully booked, if session’s aren’t completed within 24 hours. This is out of our hands, and our team will work with you as quickly as possible to ensure you have all the details to complete your payment.
We also offer special themed days such as an inflatable Days which include an Inflatable Assault course with a mixture of our Escape Zone activities.
To take part in an activity, children must be registered and booked on in advance – Click Here for information on how to register and book.

SEND Information
We are committed to providing an inclusive environment and will always do our best to support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
If your child has an EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan), SEND needs, or requires additional support, this must be disclosed before a booking is made. We will require a copy of any EHCP and any relevant information regarding your child’s needs to help us assess the support required and ensure we can provide a safe and positive experience.
While we strive to accommodate all children, due to staffing ratios and the availability of suitably trained staff, we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to meet every child’s individual support needs, including 1:1 provision.
If your child receives inclusion funding or already has an allocated support worker, please let us know. In some circumstances, we may be able to accommodate a parent-funded or externally funded support worker attending with your child, subject to our safeguarding and booking procedures.
Please contact us before making a booking to discuss your child’s individual needs. This will help us determine whether we can provide the appropriate level of support and make any reasonable adjustments required.
